Burner Controller

Burner Controller

Digital Devices has developed a compact sequence controller, Model DD-820, suitable for automatic start up and control of small capacity oil/gas fired burners. The design of the controller is based on state-of-the-art microprocessor technology, which provides for reliable and safe controls. Various models have been developed for the control of single or multiple burners by means of single integrated controller. Flame sensing can be done using flame rods or UV sensors. The standard sequence includes time delay for flame sensing and retrial in the case of flame failure, before initiating a lock out. The company can provide any other sequence and timing as per customer requirements. The controller also includes the safety features of detecting flame and short circuit condition. The controller is housed in an industry standard 96 x 96 mm moulded box and is suitable for flush mounting. Areas of application would include oil/gas fired compact boilers, furnaces and ovens.
