Clock Oscillators
Clock Oscillators Series 4003 and 4303 clock oscillators provide 0.025% accurate time and reference frequencies over -55oC to +200oC temperature extremes. Both Clock Oscillators families include regular and halfsize through-hole types, as well as miniature ceramic SMD types. The 4303 Clock Oscillators family adds Tristate operation for ATE test purposes. The through-hole oscillators in both 4003 and 4303 Clock Oscillators families operate from 20 kHz through 100 MHz, while the miniature SMD versions cover the 3 MHz to 40 MHz range. The Clock Oscillators operate from 5 V DC supplies. Long-term aging is well below ±3 PPM during the first year, reducing to I PPM/year thereafter. Output symmetry is 45/55; typical jitter is 30 ps peak-to-peak. The oscillators are available for CMOS/TTL logic. Series 4003 and 4303 clock oscillators operate over -550C to +2000C temperature extremes. Examples include down-well oil exploration, upper atmosphere telemetry, avionics, jet engine performance monitoring, and weapons systems. Versions meeting MIL/COTS requirements can also be supplied.
