Metatech offers a dedicated close circuit video system for any imported or indigenous microscope offering high contrast micro-images. The system consists of a high resolution CCD colour/black and white camera, high resolution scientific 10"/14"monitor, microscope adaptor and power source for the system. The system can be adapted for independent reflecting light/transmitted light/stereo zoom microscope or in a combined form. Along with the system Metatech offers calibration of the screen magnification to facilitate any optical measurement. Special monitors can also be supplied with reverse function and zooming facility. The system helps group discussions, reduces operator fatigue greatly and is a good teaching aid.

CCD camera with USB interface for microscopes

Radical Instruments offers 1/4 inch colour CCD cameras with USB interface, designed for different types of microscopes. Images enlarged through microscope can be seen, edited, measured and analysed on computer easily with capture and measurement software, provided as standard accessories. The CCD cameras are equipped with relay lens to fit to any microscope"s photo-tube and/or eyepiece tube of 23 or 30 mm, ready to use. These USB cameras support Windows 98/98SE/ME/2000 operating systems. File types: BMP, TIFF, JPEG, PSD, PCT, WMF, etc; functions: measurement, edition, analysis; measurement range: line, polyline, rectangle, ellipse, polygon, circle and angle; and calibration unit: pixel, micron, millimetre, centimetre, kilometre, inch and field.
